Key Responsibilities (Training Period)

Assist in recording daily purchase, sales, receipt, and payment entries in Tally / accounting software.
Learn to prepare and verify customer invoices, credit notes, and basic statements of accounts.
Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including follow-up on payments.
Perform bank reconciliation, match books with bank statements under supervision.
Assist in preparing monthly GST workings and basic TDS entries.
Help in month-end and year-end closing activities and maintain proper filing of vouchers.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for accounting queries.

Candidate Profile (Fresher)

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent - 2023 / 2024 / 2025 passouts.
Basic understanding of debit/credit, ledgers, and accounting terms.
Familiarity with MS Excel (basic formulas) is an advantage.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
No prior work experience required - only passion for accounts and finance.
Age 18-25 years. Vadodara residents preferred.

Growth Path

Become Junior Accountant within 6-12 months, Senior Accountant in 2-3 years.
