Logistics & Warehouse Executive Telecom Jobs in Bhavnagar

Telecom and broadband ISPs in Bhavnagar are hiring Logistics and Warehouse Executives to manage the receipt, storage, dispatch and tracking of CPE devices, OFC materials, network equipment and field consumables.

Candidates with prior experience in warehouse operations, inventory management software (SAP MM, Tally or similar), and knowledge of telecom CPE handling and dispatch procedures are preferred.

• Inward & Outward Material Management

  Receive and inspect incoming CPE devices, OFC drums and field materials; process GRN and manage outward dispatch to field teams and engineers.

• Inventory Management

  Maintain accurate stock records in the warehouse management system; conduct daily, weekly and monthly physical stock verification counts.

• Field Material Dispatch

  Pick, pack and dispatch materials for daily field installation and maintenance work orders; coordinate with field coordinators for urgent requirements.

• Vendor Return & Rejection

  Process vendor returns for damaged, defective or excess materials; coordinate with the procurement team for credit notes and replacements.

• Warehouse Housekeeping

  Maintain the warehouse in a clean, organised and safe condition; ensure FIFO stock rotation and correct labelling of all material racks.

• Education

  Any degree or diploma from a recognised college or polytechnic in Gujarat; a background in commerce or supply chain is preferred.

• Experience

  1-5 years in warehouse, stores or logistics operations at a telecom, electronics, FMCG or infrastructure company in Bhavnagar.

• Technical Skills

  Familiarity with warehouse management software (SAP MM, Tally, ERP) and MS Excel for inventory tracking and MIS reporting.

• Physical Fitness

  Ability to perform physical warehouse tasks including lifting materials, operating barcode scanners and managing cable drum storage.
