About the Telecalling Executive Role
Telecom and DTH company in Anand are hiring Telecalling Executives to contact prospective customers, pitch broadband internet plans, DTH connections and mobile top-up services over the phone.
Freshers with a confident phone manner, basic and English fluency and a desire to earn incentives are encouraged to apply. Training is provided on products and calling scripts by the employer.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Product Calls
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from allocated lead lists to promote broadband, DTH and telecom prepaid or postpaid plans.
- Plan Explanation
Clearly explain plan benefits, pricing, data speeds and special offers to prospects; respond to basic questions and handle objections.
- Order Booking
Collect customer interest, book new connection orders and coordinate handover to the field installation team for activation.
- Lead Database Management
Update all call attempts, outcomes and customer details accurately in the CRM or Excel tracker after every calling session.
- Incentive Target Achievement
Achieve daily call and conversion targets to earn performance-based incentives over and above fixed monthly salary.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree or HSC pass from a recognised board or college in Gujarat; no minimum percentage requirement.
- Experience
Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years in telecalling, BPO or customer service roles at any company are welcome to apply.
- Communication
Confident communication; basic English for data entry and reading scripts; clear articulation and a friendly phone voice.
- Target Orientation
Self-motivated and resilient; ability to handle rejection on calls and maintain positivity to achieve daily calling targets.
