About the Telecaller / Tele-Sales Executive Role
Telecom and broadband company in Ahmedabad are actively hiring Telecallers and Tele-Sales Executives to make outbound calls to leads, explain broadband and mobile plans and convert prospects into new customers.
Freshers with good communication in and English and a persuasive phone manner are welcome. High incentives available for top performers. Fixed salary plus incentives for achieved targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads database; pitch broadband and telecom plans clearly and convincingly.
- Lead Conversion
Explain plan features, pricing and offers to leads; handle objections and close sales over the phone to meet daily and monthly targets.
- Customer Data Updating
Update customer interactions, call outcomes and lead status accurately in the CRM system after every call.
- Follow-Up Calls
Call back warm leads who have shown interest but not yet subscribed; nurture relationships and close pending conversions.
- Target Achievement
Achieve daily call volume, connection and revenue targets; eligible for attractive incentives on surpassing monthly sales quotas.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree or HSC pass from a recognised board or college in Gujarat; graduates preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience
Freshers and candidates with 0-3 years in telecalling, telesales or customer service at any company are welcome to apply.
- Communication
Confident and clear communication in ; basic English for entering data and reading call scripts.
- Target Orientation
Ability to work in a target-driven environment; self-motivated, resilient and eager to earn performance-based incentives.
