Dispatch Planning & Scheduling
Plan daily dispatches based on customer priorities, delivery dates and vehicle availability; prepare loading plans and ensure finished goods are ready with correct packing and documentation before vehicle reporting.

Vehicle Routing & Transport Coordination
Arrange and allocate vehicles (own and hired), finalise routes, consolidate loads where possible, brief drivers on delivery sequence and monitor departures and arrivals to achieve on‑time deliveries at optimal freight cost.

Documentation & Compliance
Ensure accurate preparation of invoices, e‑way bills, delivery challans, packing lists and other statutory or customer‑specific documents; verify that all dispatches comply with GST, transport and company policies before truck release.

Coordination with Warehouse & Production
Work closely with warehouse and store teams for timely picking, staging and loading of material; coordinate with production for urgent requirements, partial loads and schedule changes to minimise delays and demurrage.

Tracking, Customer Communication & Issue Resolution
Track vehicle movement till delivery using calls or GPS / transporter portals, update customers and sales teams on dispatch status and proactively handle delays, damages, short supplies or document issues to protect service levels and claims position.

Cost, Safety & MIS
Monitor freight rates, loading efficiency and logistics costs, ensure adherence to safety norms during loading and transport and provide regular MIS on dispatch performance, OTIF (On Time In Full), freight and exceptions to management.
