Key Responsibilities

Conduct shift handover with clear updates on ongoing batches, issues, and pending actions for the next shift.
Supervise production activities during the shift to meet planned output and quality standards.
Ensure batches are executed as per BMR/BPR, SOPs, and GMP requirements on the shop floor.
Allocate work to operators and helpers, monitor critical process parameters, and review line clearances.
Coordinate with maintenance for timely resolution of equipment breakdowns and utilities issues.
Verify in-process checks, maintain online documentation, and ensure proper status labeling of materials and equipment.

Experience and Profile

Exposure to pharma formulation or API production in granulation, compression, coating, packing, or similar areas is an advantage.
Comfortable leading a team of operators and helpers on the shop floor during the shift.
Basic understanding of GMP shop floor practices, data integrity, and safety requirements in production.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts at the New-new-delhi plant location as per production schedules.
