About the Medical Representative Pharma Role
Pharma company in New Delhi is hiring Medical Representatives (MR) to meet doctors, hospitals and chemists, create product awareness and generate prescriptions for company brands.[web:107][web:111][web:114]
The MR will work on assigned territory, achieve sales targets and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals as per company strategy.[web:107][web:111]
Key Responsibilities

Doctor & Chemist Calls
Visit doctors, hospitals and chemists as per daily call plan to promote products and explain indications, dosage and benefits.[web:107][web:111]

Product Promotion
Detail product features using visual aids, leave behind literature and conduct CMEs or group meetings whenever required.[web:107][web:110]

Territory Management
Plan coverage of territory, track doctor potential, maintain doctor master list and update competitor information regularly.[web:107][web:109]

Sales & Reporting
Achieve monthly sales targets, ensure availability at stockists and send daily call reports and secondary sales data on time.[web:111]

Compliance
Follow company code of conduct, ethical promotion guidelines and participate in training programmes and review meetings.[web:107][web:110]
Candidate Requirements

Education
Any graduate (Science / Pharmacy preferred) with interest in medical field work and sales.[web:111]

Experience
0-4 years experience as Medical Representative or field sales; freshers with good communication can apply.[web:111]
