Role Overview
This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy talking to customers and solving their day-to-day queries over the phone. You will handle domestic inbound and outbound calls, provide information, and ensure a positive experience for every caller from within India.
The position is based in New-delhi and involves working with a call center team in a structured domestic BPO setup with fixed processes and clear targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and make outbound follow-up calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Listen to customer queries, provide correct information, and record call details in the system.
- Resolve basic issues on the first call wherever possible and escalate complex cases to the supervisor when needed.
- Share information about services, requests, and simple changes as per defined scripts and guidelines.
- Meet daily call handling, quality, and attendance targets set by the call center.
- Follow call center procedures, maintain confidentiality, and keep customer data secure.
Experience and Profile
- Previous experience in a domestic voice process or customer care is an advantage but not always mandatory.
- Comfortable speaking clearly on phone and handling multiple calls during the day.
- Basic computer usage to update call logs and navigate simple applications.
- Willingness to work from the New-delhi office in rotational shifts and week-offs as per BPO requirements.
