About the International Voice Executive Role

Telecom BPO company in Rajnandgaon located on OMR and other IT corridors are hiring International Voice Executives to handle inbound and outbound calls for global telecom clients in the US, UK, Australia and other markets.

Candidates with excellent spoken English, prior international voice process experience in telecom, cable or internet services and willingness to work in night shifts are preferred. Night shift allowance and cab provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • International Inbound Support

    Handle inbound calls from international customers of global telecom and internet service providers; resolve billing, service and technical queries.

  • Technical Troubleshooting

    Assist international customers with broadband connectivity issues, router configuration, account login problems and service outage queries.

  • Outbound Follow-Up

    Make outbound follow-up calls to international customers for issue resolution confirmation, satisfaction surveys and service renewal reminders.

  • CRM & Ticketing

    Log all customer interactions in international CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zendesk; maintain accurate records of every call outcome.

  • Upselling & Retention

    Identify opportunities to retain at-risk customers and upsell higher plans or add-on services during inbound interactions as per guidelines.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education

    Any degree from a recognised university; graduates in English, BA or engineering are preferred for international voice roles.

  • Experience

    1-4 years in international voice process at a BPO or telecom company handling US, UK or Australian accounts.

  • English Communication

    Excellent spoken English with a neutral or near-neutral accent; ability to understand and communicate clearly with international callers.

  • Shift Availability

    Mandatory willingness to work night shifts aligned to US/UK/Australia time zones; cab and allowances provided by employer.
