Experience and Profile
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer contact roles is an advantage, freshers can also apply.
- Comfortable making multiple outbound calls in a day and speaking confidently on phone.
- Basic computer usage to update call details and work with simple CRM or spreadsheet tools.
- Willingness to work from the Darbhanga corporate office during regular day shifts.
