Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
  • Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care.
  • Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
  • Provide post-surgical and post-hospitalization care.
  • Educate family members on patient care and nutrition.
  • Maintain patient records and report to supervising doctor or agency.
  • Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per care plan and doctor's instructions.
  • Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2) and report any abnormalities.

Candidate Profile

  • GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
  • Valid registration with Darbhanga Nursing Council (mandatory).
  • 0–5 years of nursing experience (freshers with registration can apply).
  • Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in Tamil (English helpful for some families).
  • Ability to handle medical emergencies with calmness.
  • Willingness to travel to patient homes (local candidates preferred).

  • Elderly Care: Geriatric patients needing daily assistance and monitoring.
  • Post-surgical Care: Patients recovering from surgeries at home.
  • Chronic Illness: Diabetes, hypertension, cardiac care, etc.
