Key Responsibilities

Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
Assist with wound care, dressing changes, and catheter care.
Support patients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide post-surgical and post-hospitalization care.
Educate family members on patient care and nutrition.
Maintain patient records and report to supervising doctor or agency.
Provide nursing care to patients in their homes as per care plan and doctor's instructions.
Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO2) and report any abnormalities.

Candidate Profile

GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing from a recognized institution.
Valid registration with Darbhanga Nursing Council (mandatory).
0–5 years of nursing experience (freshers with registration can apply).
Compassionate, patient, and able to work independently.
Good communication skills in Tamil (English helpful for some families).
Ability to handle medical emergencies with calmness.
Willingness to travel to patient homes (local candidates preferred).
