Key Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising at retail points.
• Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retailers in the territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products and territory.
• Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
• Process orders, coordinate with distributors for timely delivery, and ensure payment collection.
• Prepare daily / weekly sales reports and submit to management.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Visit retail outlets, supermarkets, and general stores in assigned territory to promote and sell household care products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key accounts.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
• 1–5 years of experience in field sales (FMCG / household care preferred). Freshers with good communication can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Tamil.
• Ability to build relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Darbhanga for field visits.
• Valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle preferred for field roles.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and order processing.
