About the Broadband Sales Executive – Role
Hiring Broadband Sales Executives to a telecom company in Tirupati the role involves to aggressively grow Fiber subscriber base by acquiring new residential and SME customers through door-to-door canvassing and referral sales.
Candidates with prior broadband or telecom field sales experience, a target-driven attitude and good knowledge of Tirupati residential areas are preferred. Uncapped incentives for exceeding monthly connection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Door-to-Door Canvassing
Visit residential apartments, independent houses and gated communities in assigned Tirupati zones to pitch Fiber plans.
- Plan Demonstration
Demonstrate Fiber broadband speeds, OTT benefits (Disney+, Amazon Prime) and router features to prospective customers.
- Lead Conversion
Follow up on generated leads; handle objections, close new connection bookings and coordinate with the provisioning team for installation.
- Referral Network Building
Collect referrals from satisfied customers; follow up and convert referrals to expand subscriber base in the zone.
- Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly new connection targets; attend weekly Airtel sales review meetings; earn attractive incentives on every converted subscriber.
Candidate Requirements
- Education
Any degree from a recognised college; BBA or B.Com graduates preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience
1-4 years in broadband, FMCG or financial services field sales; freshers with high energy and sales aptitude also considered.
- Territory Knowledge
Strong knowledge of Tirupati residential localities, apartment complexes and gated community layouts for efficient daily canvassing.
- Mobility
Two-wheeler driving licence mandatory; own vehicle preferred for covering assigned Tirupati sales zones daily.
