Postion Overview:
Adoni Medical College is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual for the position of Assistant Professor of Anesthesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education, conducting research, and providing exceptional clinical care in the field of anesthesia.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows in anesthesia. Develop and deliver curriculum and educational programs in anesthesia. Conduct clinical research and participate in scholarly activities. Provide clinical care and anesthesia services in hospital and surgical settings. Collaborate with other faculty members and departments to enhance interdisciplinary learning and research. Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other college activities.

Qualifications:
MD or equivalent degree in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution. Board certification in Anesthesiology. Minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in clinical anesthesia practice. Demonstrated excellence in teaching and academic scholarship. Strong record of clinical research and publications. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in supervising and mentoring students and junior faculty. Expertise in a sub-specialty area of anesthesia. Prior experience in a similar academic role.
